Some of the memorable functions we have executed:
- South Sudan Independence Day where we catered for Presidents and dignitaries from all over the world who came to witness history in the making when South Sudan attained her independence with more than 3,000 Pax attendance.
- The Governors Forum: This is an annual event where State Governors and other stakeholders from all the 10 states of South Sudan congregate in Juba to debate on the current state of affairs affecting the country. These events holds a minimal of 500 Pax and this is the third year we are offering catering services for the same.
- Royal Wedding in October 2011: when President Kiir's oldest daughter, Adut, was handed over in marriage, in a church ceremony attended by almost the entire cabinet for South Sudan. This was a unique opportunity where Paradise Hotel was honoured to cater for 1000 VIPs at the Reception party at State House.
